PFlix Ringtone Maker
Everything the Ringtone Maker on this site does, as a desktop app that works offline — with all 266 free ringtones built in. It is free, there is nothing to sign up for, and it keeps itself up to date.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The first time you run the installer, Windows may say “Windows protected your PC” — choose More info, then Run anyway. The app isn’t code-signed yet.
A look inside
Trim with a waveform, fade in and out, normalise and boost, then export MP3, M4R for iPhone, AAC or WAV. The MP3 encoder is built in, so it all works offline.
The whole free library comes with the app. Search by song or artist; 261 of them play instantly — no loading, no internet needed to listen.
The app checks pflix.shop for new versions and tells you when one is ready. New ringtones arrive the same way.
Your audio is edited on your own machine. No account, no uploads, no tracking.
Free, and it stays free
No trial, no locked features, no ads inside the app. There is a Support tab if you want to help — and ignoring it costs you nothing.
