Privacy Policy

1. Who runs this site

PFlix.shop is a personal project run by Perry (perry_mason2@yahoo.com). It is not a company. There is no team, no data broker, and no advertising platform.

2. What data is collected

Nothing personal. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no login of any kind. The site is a static page served from a web host, so there is no database of visitors and nothing to attach data to.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

3. What data is NOT collected

• No accounts, emails, names or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for
• No analytics, heatmaps or session recordings
• No advertising or marketing pixels on this site
• No IP address logging
• No payment details — nothing on this site is for sale

4. Browser-based tools

The tools run entirely inside your browser. Files you open and content you generate never leave your device — nothing is uploaded to any server:

• Free eReader — EPUB, PDF, MOBI/AZW3 files you open stay local. Reading position and settings are saved in localStorage only.
• Free Audiobook Player — audio you open is processed locally. Bookmarks and progress are saved in localStorage only.
• File Converter — all conversions happen in your browser. No files are uploaded.
• Coloring Page Creator and Coloring Book Maker — photos you open are traced on-device using the browser's Canvas API. Nothing is transmitted.
• Writing Tools — text generation is template-based and runs locally. Nothing you type is stored or transmitted.
• Ringtone Maker — audio trimming happens in the browser. Files are not transmitted.
• Resume Maker — resume data stays in your browser. The builder is an embedded iframe from free-resume-maker.pflix.shop, which has its own local-only storage.

5. Downloads and the ad link

Downloads are what keep this site free. Clicking a download sends you first to ouo.io, an advertising gateway, and then on to the file — usually hosted on MediaFire or MEGA.

Those are separate companies and their own privacy policies apply once you land on them: ouo.io, MediaFire and MEGA. An advertising gateway will generally set its own cookies and show ads. PFlix.shop does not receive, store or log which files you download.

6. Cookies & local storage

Visiting this site sets no cookies. It uses a few localStorage keys, which stay in your own browser and are never sent anywhere:

• pflix-vault-unlocked — a timestamp recording that you clicked through an ad link, so you are not asked again for 24 hours
• pflix-admin-hint — set only if you sign in as the site's owner; it exists so the page knows to ask the server whether that session is still valid. Nobody else's browser ever has it
• Tool preferences — reading position, audiobook progress, bookmarks and similar

There is one cookie, and only the site's owner ever receives it: signing in to the content manager sets a session cookie so the server knows the next save came from the same person. It is marked HttpOnly, holds no personal data, and is deleted on sign-out. Nothing about being a visitor causes it to be set.

Clearing your browser's site data removes all of them. Nothing is lost that exists anywhere else.

7. Your rights

There is no account to delete and no personal data held about you, so there is nothing to request or erase. If you want the locally-stored preferences above gone, clear this site's data in your browser.

8. Children

PFlix.shop does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13 — there are no accounts and no personal data is gathered. Note that the advertising gateway and file hosts linked above are separate services with their own policies and age terms.

9. Changes

If this policy changes significantly, the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated. For major changes, a notice will appear on the site.
